from route 520

1. Stay on route 520 until it ends. It becomes Avondale Rd.
2. CONTINUE North on Avondale..
3. Turn RIGHT onto 132nd
4. Road veers to the left.. and becomes Bear Creek Rd.
5. You will pass a fire station and go STRAIGHT through the next stoplight.
6. CONTINUE North about 1/2 mile.. passsing a horse farm on your left.

There is usually a sign out by the driveway that says "Art Spawn".
Artspawn is the fourth house AFTER the horse farm on the left.
If you pass 140th St.. you've gone too far.

7. Pull into driveway and drive all the way back behind barn and park.
